HSC was established in 1995 to focus on providing consultancy services related to feasibility, marketing, financial & economical and merging & acquisitions of new and existing businesses. We are a consultant registered and licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Investment under license # 67 and a Commercial Registration No. 076616.

In 2018, we expanded our services and aligned them with the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision.
